Required Experience

• 10+ years of high volume recruitment experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment
• Proven record of building and executing recruitment plan including reviewing and revising metrics
• Track record for developing and cultivating teams : existing and new
• Organizational & Communication skills for monitoring weekly activity and incentivizing production
• Experience cultivating candidate pipelines and driving candidate management techniques
• Effectively describe building partnerships with business leaders, other recruiters, management and sales teams
• Must have ATS experience, and ideally with Bullhorn
• Must have agency staffing experience
