Position Overview : They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Private Equity Senior Associate to join their dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in private equity, and previous investment banking experience with a proven track record of successful deal execution and portfolio management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deal Sourcing and Evaluation : Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities through market research, industry analysis, and financial modeling.
- Due Diligence : Conduct thorough due diligence on target companies, including financial analysis, market assessment, and operational review.
- Transaction Execution : Lead and support the execution of investment transactions, including negotiation, structuring, and documentation.
- Portfolio Management : Monitor and manage portfolio companies, providing strategic guidance and support to drive growth and operational improvements.
- Financial Analysis : Develop and maintain financial models to assess investment performance and potential returns.
- Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify new investment opportunities.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with senior team members and other stakeholders to develop investment strategies and achieve firm objectives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in private equity and investment banking.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
