In This Role

• Load and unload delivery trucks efficiently and safely
• Ensure that each incoming delivery matches the company purchase order by verifying items and quantities
• Identify and report any damages, shortages, or quality deficiencies immediately
• Continuously monitor and report safety hazards in the workplace
• Operate forklift and pallet jacks safely, following all operational and safety procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse, dock, and parking lot areas
• Assist the packaging team with tasks as needed
• Keep staging areas clean, organized, and free of obstructions
• Collaborate with other departments to support and achieve company goals and objectives
• Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and other equipment to ensure they are in good working condition
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge
• Uphold the Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team
• Other duties as assigned by Management

The Ideal Person

• High School diploma or GED equivalency preferred
• Ability to work through continuous walking, standing, stooping, bending, pushing, pulling, and reaching in a production environment 8 - 10 hours per day
• Forklift experience required
• Physically able to lift and carry over 50lb
• Must be willing and able to work overtime as needed and / or required
• Good communication skills and ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions
• Ability to work with a diverse group of individuals and desire to contribute to a team environment
