The Executive Assistant - Senior proactively anticipates needs to support a variety of administrative functions for a system executive leader or leadership team with significant system influence in a time sensitive, accurate, and confidential nature using discretion and diplomacy.
This position is Monday through Friday and can be remote 2-3 days a week.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Partnering with the leader on task management and coordinating high-stakes, strategic initiatives.
- Serving as a liaison with other internal and external stakeholders.
- Creating and modifying documents and presentations.
- Tracking and influencing performance metrics.
- Providing advanced meeting support including event coordination, remote meeting management, and management of multimedia needs.
- Managing executive calendar and email, correspondence, travel / expense management, and inquiries.
- Supervising other administrative caregivers as needed.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Demonstrated experience supporting an executive director, multiple managers or functional area in an office setting, or system leader.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and effectively in an independent manner.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and professional behavior while acting decisively.
- Demonstrated organizational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience managing calendars, correspondence, travel / expenses, remote and in-person meetings.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills with internal and external senior-level leaders.
- Demonstrated proficient verbal and written communication skills including discernment, spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
- Demonstrated proficient time management, ability to prioritize and flex work to align with business operational priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities without loss of composure.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience working in a matrixed healthcare setting.
- Leadership experience including providing training to others and coordinating projects.
Physical Requirements :
Interact with others requiring verbal communication and the ability to hear and understand spoken information. Operate computers, telephones, and office equipment, requiring the ability to manipulate paper.
See and read computer monitors and documents. Remain sitting or standing for long periods of time to perform work on a computer or other equipment.

The hourly range for this position is $25.64 - $39.05, actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
