Summary :
The fundamental purpose of the pharmacist position is to ensure the safe, effective, and appropriate provision and use of medications for the patient.
Requirements :
- Current / valid Pharmacist license issued by the California State Board of Pharmacy.
- 1 to 2 years of acute care hospital pharmacy staffing.
- Knowledge of current rules and regulations governing the practice of pharmacy.
- Possesses knowledge and the necessary skills for the preparation of sterile and parenteral products.
- Able to effectively read, write and communicate in English
- Computer skills, especially experience with hospital and personal computer systems.
- Variable work hours, including weekends and / or evening shifts, may be required.
