If so, take the opportunity to join the Infrastructure Maintenance and Operations (IMO) team within the Naval Nuclear Laboratory (NNL) IT Department.

In this position you will consult with information system owners to identify and plan security impacting changes, provide risk analysis for proposed changes to information systems, perform security control assessments to verify correct implementation and identify weaknesses, and communicate with Naval Reactors and various levels of management.

Required Combination of Knowledge and Skill Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience;

or Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills Experience as an Information System Security Manager or Information System Security Officer. Experience performing risk analysis relative to information systems with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience completing Security Authorization Packages. Experience in Risk Management Framework package development. Experience with Cloud security.

Experience applying Federal Government security regulations and standards such as FISMA, FIPS, NIST, and DISA STIGs. Advanced experience with Microsoft Azure design and management, Active Directory, Group Policy Management, Domain Name Service, Distributed File System functions, and domain migration tools.

Attention to detail and strong technical writing skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated customer service skills, coupled with strong teaming, organization, and interpersonal skills.
