Electrical Project Manager

The Role :
In partnership with a leading Electrical Contractor, we are seeking an Electrical Project Manager to oversee electrical projects on-site in Rockford, Illinois.
This role is ideal for someone with at least 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in industrial electrical systems.
With a robust pipeline of projects in Illinois, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in an environment that values leadership, innovation, and excellence.
You will have a deep understanding of all phases of the project lifecycle from planning and estimating to execution and closeout.
You should possess a strong mix of hands-on project management skills and the ability to lead, mentor, and develop project teams.
You will be well-versed in all aspects of construction project management, including budgeting, scheduling, ACUBID, procurement, risk management, and client relations.
You must come from a self-performing electrical contractor. Your role will involve interfacing with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders, ensuring successful project delivery.
While remaining hands-on with project oversight, you will lead your teams, manage client relationships, and contribute to the company’s strategic vision for operations in Rockford.
