Duties :
- Support sales staff.
- Prepare quotes and invoices.
- Produce production and installation work orders.
- Job scheduling.
- Manage survey data.
- Direct communications with other Signworks team members.
- Professionally represent our company at all times.
- Job costing as needed.
Qualifications :
- Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
- Proficient in using project management software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
