Experience / Education / Degree - BSN is strongly preferred. Must have current licensure as a registered nurse in Massachusetts.

  • Minimum of one-year licensed RN experience required. About Ellison 19 Patients - Ellison 19 is a 30 bed Thoracic, Vascular and Laryngeal Surgery unit, primarily taking patients after SICU and PACU recovery.
  • Surgeries include complex thoracic, esophageal, pulmonary, laryngeal, tracheal resections and reconstruction and diverse vascular surgeries including amputations, aortic grafting, and interventional procedures.
  • These patients require postoperative management which may include chest tubes, tracheal tubes which require airway management, pain management via Epidural or IV catheters, and telemetry monitoring.
