Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Planning : Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy.
- Campaign Management : Plan and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
- Content Development : Create engaging content for various channels.
- Brand Management : Ensure consistent brand messaging and enhance brand awareness.
- Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
- Market Research : Identify trends and opportunities.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with internal and external partners.
Qualifications :
- Bilingual in English / Spanish.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
- On-campus presence required 3 days per week.
- High energy, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
