Description
- Manage and supervise all phases of construction projects, from initial planning through to completion.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with project teams, subcontractors, and clients.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment on job sites.
Profile
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in both multifamily and commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work onsite and within an hour's commute of Boston.
