Description :
We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Manager to play a pivotal role in developing and executing the BI strategy, leveraging data to drive informed decision-making, and ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
This role requires expertise in BI tools, analytics solutions, data visualization, and a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights.
Responsibilities :Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of five years proven experience in a BI leadership role, with demonstrated strong track record of project management and team leadership.
- Deep understanding of BI technologies (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Oracle BI, SAP Business Objects, Tableau, etc) with the ability to implement complex data visualizations.
- Strong analytical skills, including data mining, SQL, and data modeling with the ability to apply data insights to business challenges.
- Experience with database management systems.
- Familiarity with online analytical processing (OLAP), and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes are a plus.
- Knowledge of data governance best practices, data quality management, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data concepts in terms that are understandable to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strength in driving a data-driven culture within the organization.
- Based in Salt Lake City, Utah or Minneapolis, MN.
