This office services pediatric, adult and geriatric clients in Bucks County.
Requirements :
- Valid LPN License
- Physical
- PPD or Chest X-Ray
- Valid Driver’s License
Responsibilities :
- Providing one-to-one care in the home
- Taking direction from clinical team and overseeing Registered Nurse
- Following the plan of care
- Following all clinical and office policies
