MEP Superintendent - Texas Based Role

Salary $120,000 - $160,000 Experience Dependant
We are currently seeking to add an experienced MEP Superintendent located in Texas for one of the leading General Contractors in the Commercial Construction Space.
The company has over $2B in active projects alone, spread across Houston and San Antonio and due to this large workload, they are looking add experience to their teams.
They are seeking an MEP Superintendent with experience working on Healthcare and Education projects valued over $50M, located in Texas and capable of handling complex Electrical & Mechanical systems.
The company has one of the strongest reputations in the market, exceptional tenure and some of the largest project breaking ground inside of the Texas state and with further large projects breaking ground over the next few months, the potential for individual growth is huge!
Required Experience For The Role :
- 5+ Years of MEP Construction experience working on projects valued over $50M
- 5+ Years of MEP Construction experience in Healthcare Facilities
- 5+ Years of MEP Construction experience in Education Facilities
- Be willing to travel to San Antonio or Houston when required
- Have experience organising and meeting with sub contractors and clients for important projects
- Experience to preferably come from a GC, Electrical Sub Contractor or Mechanical Sub Contractor
