The successful candidate will handle service requests, manage returns and exchanges, update databases, and ensure the efficient processing of trouble tickets.
The position requires meticulous document management and the ability to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service statuses.
Key Responsibilities : Interact with customers and company representatives across various platforms to manage service functions.
Prepare documents and trouble tickets for returns, servicing, and exchanges; update databases accordingly.Record and report the status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders, and delivery schedules.
Maintain records relating to returns, schedule changes, product updates, and pricing.Resolve return credit issues and handle requests for additional company materials.
Must-Have Skills : Expertise in customer service and interaction.Proficient in database and document management.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Industry Experience : Experience in a customer service role, ideally within the retail or technology sectors, would be beneficial but not essential.
