Join our dynamic team as a Project Manager where you will have the opportunity to collaborate with internal and external partners to manager projects from initiation through post implementation and play a key role in the future of the branch network.
As a Project Manager on the Branch Innovation team, you will drive projects from early exploration, through deployment and post launch performance monitoring while providing overall direction for project requirements, priorities, reporting and deadlines.
This is a hands-on role that includes definition of roles and responsibilities, develops and monitors project / program plan(s), and adjusts resources and priorities accordingly.
The Branch Innovation Lab is a physical space located in Columbus, Ohio. Job Responsibilities :
- Aligns business unit, technical development and support organizations, central point-of-contact for overall change control (cost / schedule / effort / scope)
- Establishes project communication plan across the businesses, regions, support and technology groups
- Monitors, prepares and reports project status to senior management (schedule, effort, scoping, sizing, budget)
- Identifies and manages cross departmental dependencies and provides recommendations to integrate efforts where needed
- Develops employee and change readiness plans and communications, defines team member roles and responsibilities
- Estimates effort / cost / schedule at the program level (includes project-level summary), schedules and assigns work as necessary
- Identifies required resources and necessary skills for project-level tasks
- Establishes and follows policies and procedures that ensure the integrity and quality of program artifacts
- Establishes and facilitates project team and project governance meetings
- Delivers high quality reporting with effective visualization of key program metrics
- Conducts program analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems while supporting business related programs and strategies Required qualifications, skills and capabilities :
- Self-motivated.
Able to operate in fast-paced, complex environment, navigating challenges and blockers to ensure project success.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to translate complex topics for a variety of audiences
- Minimum 3 years of project management, or data analysis experience
- Bachelor's degree, specialized training or equivalent work experience
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects spanning multiple lines of business and with business process mapping
- Experience with business process mapping
- Experience in reporting, financial analytics, or similar roles
- Experience with tools such as Tableau, JIRA, MSFT Project Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities :
- Experience managing geographically distributed and diverse work-groups
