Responsibilities
- Educate clients on various insurance products and coverage options
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales and service process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Consistently achieve or surpass individual performance targets while contributing to overall company objectives
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the insurance industry or a related field preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Must hold an active insurance license (or be willing to obtain)
