Responsibilities :

In this vital role as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will be responsible for :

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and eating
• Providing companionship and emotional support to residents
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure residents' needs are met
• Documenting and reporting resident observations to the care team
• Adhering to infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications :

To be considered for this role as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you should meet the following criteria :

• Possession of a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of employment
• Current CPR certification recommended
• Compassion and dedication to resident well-being
• Excellent communication skills
