We are hiring Warehouse Workers / Package Handlers for our Hartford, CT location.

Shift : Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday 2 : 00am - End of Sort. End of Sort is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

Hours may vary based off business needs.

How you will be rewarded as a Warehouse Worker / Package Handler :

• Hourly Rate starting at $16.50 / hr (weekly pay)

As a Warehouse Worker / Package Handler, we count on you to :

• Unload trailers and sort packages by zip codes
• Load trucks for deliveries
• Be a team player everyone works together to get the job done!

Skills you need :

• Ability to stay on your feet while working - this is a great job for someone looking to stay active!
• Ability to be dependable, flexible, and reliable
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in the heat and the cold as temperatures vary in the warehouse by season
• Gloves and work boots are recommended

Referral Program

• Referral bonus reward of $500 (offered for all positions company-wide)
• Payout : $250 will be paid on the next paycheck after the 45-day mark for the referred candidate’s tenure, and $250 will be paid on the next paycheck after the 90-day mark for the referred candidate’s tenure.
• Dates of the $500 referral bonus eligibility will be for referrals that start between 04 / 1 / 2024 and 10 / 31 / 2024.
• Please note that candidates must indicate on their application in Ceridian Dayforce, the full name of the person who referred them with the location.
