Description
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Work and manage external vendors / partners to manage ongoing projects.
- Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order.
- Assist with execution of various marketing initiatives, as well as light event administrative duties.
- Identify and build relationships with influencers
- Coordinate with other departments on content creation
- Identify the clients requirements and expectations for each event.
- Manage all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes.
- Assess an events overall success and submit findings.
Requirements
- Experience as an event manager / planner is a plus.
- Project a professional demeanor as well as using tact when dealing with others.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- The ability to build strong relationships through high-level communication skills, face to face, email and phone.
- A strong attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to focus under pressure
- A spark of creativity and an innovation driven. mindset.
