We are looking for a dedicated, driven individual to join our growing team as a Full-Time Licensed Insurance Sales Representative.

No Previous Insurance Experience? No problem!

If you have proven experience selling in another industry, plus great customer service skills, and are ready to learn and grow, we can teach you everything you need to know about insurance.

If you are looking for the chance to learn new skills and grow your career, this is the role for you. Entry-level applicants will begin with a $36,000 base salary and can earn at least an additional $40,000 in commission during their first year.

Are you an Experienced Licensed Insurance Sales Representative? Amazing!

Experienced applicants start with a $38,000 base or higher salary and top performers earned an additional $120,000+ in commission last year.

You will also benefit from additional training and development opportunities, making this the perfect opportunity to transfer your skills to our agency and grow your career.

$75,000 - $160,000+ is possible per year + BONUSES. Our top performers are earning $180K+

Base Salary + Commission + Medical, Vision & Dental & 401K Benefits

Responsibilities

  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Solicits for new business via telephone, texting, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
  • Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
  • Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
  • Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain knowledge of new products.
  • Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.

Requirements

  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Excellent Communication / interpersonal skills.
  • A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.
  • Prior Sales Experience is required in another industry if not already licensed.
  • Career minded vision.
  • Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial, but not required.
