Software Developer
VERTISYSTEM INC. is seeking a qualified professional to fill the position of Software Developer based in Fremont, California.
Responsibilities : Design, develop software systems for end-users with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcomes and consequences of design.
Develop, create, and modify computer applications software or specialized utility programs. Provide work estimates for proposed projects, and actively participate in resolving key issues that impact the performance of the team.
Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. Develop and execute unit tests for product components and present creative solutions to internal teams.
Store, retrieve, and manipulate data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements. Initiate / participate in knowledge transfer sessions to discuss current development standards and possible improvements to make code efficient and reduce the performance overhead.
Confer with system analysts, architects, and other programmers to obtain information on project limitations, capabilities, and performance requirements.
Monitor and report metrics on the progress of projects and ensure timely & quality deliverables. Utilize experience in VC++ (ATL COM and MFC), C# (Windows, WCF, and Asp.
net using MVC), SSRS, Azure Cloud, GIT. Position requires 50% national travel.
Salary Range : $215,179.00- $225,179.00 / Year
Position requires Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field plus five (5) years of experience in a related occupation.
Position also requires experience in VC++ (ATL COM and MFC), C# (Windows, WCF, and Asp.net using MVC), SSRS, Azure Cloud, GIT.
