- Meetwith clients to discuss their cases while showing compassion andempathy.
- Earn the trust confidence and respectof clients.
- Update clients on the status oftheir claims demands and offers.
- Communicatewith insurance companies regarding the status of claims demands andoffers.
Experience you willneed :
- 2 or more years of litigationexperience.
- Needs at least 45 first chairtrials (civil)
- Member of the Georgia Bar andin good standing.
- Experience in evaluatingclaims.
- Superb negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communicationskills.
- Proactive approach toproblemsolving.
- Teamoriented.
