A nationally recognized Architecture firm is seeking a exerienced and licensed Senior Project Architect to join their team in Los Angeles.
The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years working professionally in Architecture and / or design. The role calls for a licensed architect experienced leading small teams and client relationships.
Ideal project bacground may include Hospitality, Mixed-Use, Education, or large-scale Commercial.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Licensed Architect; NCARB preferred but not required
- Working proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD; Rhino, Enscape also preferred
- Portfolio of completed projects within California or international markets within Hospitality, Mixed-Use, Data Center, Education (DSA / LAUSD / LACCD preferred), Master Planning, or Commercial
Responsibilities :
- Lead design and development of projects from schematic and conceptual design through construction administration
- Collaborate with and lead project teams to ensure project deliverables and client expectations are met and within budget
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and external team coordination
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with client and contractors regularly
