Sr Front-End Engineer, Prime Video - Content and Data Platform

Amazon Prime Video is disrupting traditional media with an ever-increasing selection of movies, TV shows, Emmy Award winning original content, add-on subscriptions including HBO and Showtime, and Live events like Thursday Night Football, Major League Baseball and NBA. We are looking for a creative, deeply technical, and customer-obsessed Frontend Engineer to join our Content and Data Platform team.

Key responsibilities include driving strategic decision-making on critical UI feature development, designing and implementing scalable, reusable frontend components, leading technical decisions around frontend architecture, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring other frontend engineers.

Technical Requirements :

• Expert-level experience with modern frontend technologies (React, TypeScript, CSS-in-JS)
• Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization and scalability
• Experience with state management, component architecture, and micro-frontend approaches
• Knowledge of modern build systems, testing frameworks, and CI / CD pipelines
• Understanding of server-side rendering and progressive enhancement
• Experience with responsive design and cross-platform compatibility

We offer a competitive compensation package, with a base pay ranging from $136,700 / year to $261,500 / year, depending on the location and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company, with equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits.
