Job Details
- 11 / 5 / 2024 START
- TRAVEL EXP REQUIRED
- KY or Compact license
- Possibility to float to other TCU units. Each facility is within 10 minutes of each other.
- Must be willing to obtain NIHSS before start
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required
- EPIC Experience REQUIRED
- COVID Vaccine required - will accept medical or religious exemptions
- Scrubs - Navy Blue
- Tattoos / piercings - no nose rings or gauged earrings
- Nails - should be less than 1 / 4" in length; associates in direct client care must have natural fingernails, polish is acceptable
- Cafeteria - no cafeteria available, refrigerator and microwave provided on-site
- Parking - free in any unrestricted space
