Job Title : Pharmacist Job Specialty : Pharmacy Services Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : 8-hour day / evening, rotating every 3rd weekend Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week Experience : TPN review / recommendation, order verification, manual product packaging, oral and IV compounding License : PA license required Certifications : Not specified Must-Have : - Experience with TPN review and recommendation to providers- Order verification skills- Experience with manual product packaging- Expertise in oral and IV compounding- Chemotherapy IV admixture skills as needed- Ability to answer phone calls and triage effectively- Preferred experience with Theradoc Job Description : Review and recommend Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN) to providers- Verify medication orders for accuracy- Check manual product packaging- Prepare oral and IV compounded medications- Manage chemotherapy IV admixture as needed- Answer phone calls and provide appropriate triaging- Work effectively in a team within the Pharmacy Services unit- Adhere to business casual dress code with hospital-provided scrubs for IV room requirements
