Position : Business Solution Analyst
Duration : 6 Years with 2 years of possible extension
Location : California (Remote)
The roles and responsibilities of the Business Solution Analyst include, but are not limited to :
- Candidate must have State client experience
- Write complex queries to extract data from the BITS / BDMS database and create test data for functional testing.
- Write test plans and test cases for software releases.
- Create automated testing scripts to help prevent regression defects from occurring.
- Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Work with customers to provide support on the BITS software processes.
- Work with customers to provide support on the BITS / BDMS software processes.
- Create reports in SSRS, Oracle Reports, and Tableau.
- Participate in JAD sessions for new features and document requirements and user stories. Identify areas for improvement and work with Product Owner and the CDCR / BPH to prioritize new development.
- Participate in Agile Scrum teams.
