YOUR ROLE AS A SKILLED LABORER - CONSTRUCTION
As a Skilled Laborer at Almac Sotebeer in Elkhart, you can expect to jump right into the action. Your days will be filled with hands-on tasks like assisting with construction projects, operating tools and equipment, and working alongside experienced team members to learn the ropes.
The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7am to 3pm, with occasional weekends to tackle exciting projects.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A SKILLED LABORER - CONSTRUCTION
To thrive as a Skilled Laborer at Almac Sotebeer in Elkhart, a division of SiteWorx Services, you'll need to bring a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is essential, as well as the ability to follow instructions and work well in a team setting.
While no specific software is required, familiarity with commonly used construction tools and technology is a plus. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety are also key components for success in this role.
