Unlimited Biking is the largest bike rental, tour, and cycling events bike rental provider in the US operating in New York, San Francisco, Washington DC, Santa Monica, San Diego, and Miami.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our cycling events team! As a Bike Ambassador, you'll play a crucial role in providing bike rentals to riders at various cycling events.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in setting up and delivering bike rentals at cycling events.
- Provide exceptional customer service and hospitality to event participants.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, clean, and accounted for.
- Drive a van or non-CDL box trucks to transport bikes and equipment to event locations.
- Greet riders, assisting them with bike rentals and adjustments.
- Maintain brand standards for appearance, atmosphere, and culture.
Requirements :
- Weekend availability is a must.
- Valid and clean driver's license.
- Ability to work long hours per shift.
- Willingness to start work early in the morning.
- Passion for cycling and outdoor activities.
- Proficiency in English (oral and written); multilingual is a plus.
- Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
