ADF Engineering is looking for a Project Manager to become a part of our team of engineers and designers at our Miamisburg (South Dayton), Ohio offices.

The successful candidate for this position will work on time and cost sensitive projects in a multi-disciplinary, team-based environment to provide customer-focused engineering consulting services.

The successful candidate for this position must have the ability to develop positive working relationships with industrial customers to provide cost-effective solutions to their engineering needs.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor of Science Degree in Process / Chemical or Mechanical Engineering (preferred), or Structural Engineering or another related field i s required .

A Master of Science Degree in Engineering, Managment, and / or a MBA are a plus.

5 to 25 years of relevant experience required

Direct customer contact and customer relations

Current Professional Engineer (PE) license and / or PMP are a plus.

Excellent writing abilities including proposals and project reports.

Experience in the following areas is preferred :

Consulting engineering

Inter-disciplinary teams

Construction Management

Retrofitting & expanding existing industrial facilities

Equipment replacement

New industrial plant facilities & process engineering

Piping, conveyors, boilers & heat processes, pumps, tanks, foundations, separators

Additional Preferred Knowledge & Experience

Agra-business, Pharmaceuticals, Oilseeds, biofuels, Powder and Bulk material handling

Pet food, animal feed, Utilities
