Soliant is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for a school-based contract position in Gorst, WA.
This role involves working with students to diagnose and treat speech, language, and communication disorders.

Responsibilities :
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress
- Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress
Requirements :
- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Washington State SLP License
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA (preferred)
- Previous school-based experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
State-Specific Requirements :
Valid Washington State Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certification for SLPs
