As a nationwide recruiter, I have a Client near Phoenix, AZ with an immediate need for Crane Service Manager, as soon as possible.
We specifically need someone with the following credentials :
- At least 3 years in crane service (management, sales, or technical)
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat
- Adaptable to current computer systems & software
The ideal candidate has strong leadership, communication, and technical skills and will assume the following responsibilities :
- Drive sales and manage regional field service operations
- Hire, develop, and schedule service technicians
- Coordinate customer service, inspections, and maintenance
- Evaluate technician performance
- Communicate technical issues with customers
- Manage incoming service requests
- Order and expedite materials for projects
- Provide remote technical support to technicians
- Maintain facility and inventory
