- Currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the team in Vancouver, WA!*
- Job Description : *
- Answer customer calls, emails and chats regarding product support, availability and warranty claims
- Assist customers with sales and product questions
- Help troubleshoot product issues
- Make product recommendations based on customer preferences and needs
- Skills & Qualifications : *
- 1+ year of customer service experience over the phone in a call center (3+ years preferred)
- 6+ months working in retail or supporting a product is preferred
- Ability to type 40+ WPM
