Job Description :
We are assisting our Irving, Texas client in search for a Project Financial Manager. This role will be responsible for reviewing draw packages and preparing financial reports.
Responsibilities :
- Review and approve monthly draw packages.
- Prepare financial reports.
- Review reconciliations.
- Delegate tasks to finance staff.
- Ensure that journal entries are completed.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable.
- Approve construction department expense reports.
- Assist with the preparation of the annual budget.
- Enforce policies and procedures.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 4+ years of experience. Construction experience required.
- Previous supervisory experience required.
- Job cost experience is preferred.
- Proficient in MS office applications.
- Strong organization skills.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
