POINTE KITCHEN & BATH IS INTERESTED IN RECRUITING AN EXPERIENCED DESIGNER & SALES ASSOCIATE WITH A STRONG TRACK-RECORD IN DESIGNING HIGH-END KITCHENS AND BATHS.
THE CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS CUTTING-EDGE DESIGN SKILLS AND SALES ABILITY, AND THIS IS AN EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY FOR A DESIGNER TO WORK WITH OUR HIGH-END CLIENTS IN A FUN AND CHALLENGING ENVIRONMENT.
MUST BE ABLE TO TAKE INITIATIVE, HAVE A STRONG WORK ETHIC, GOOD MULTI-TASKING CAPABILITIES, ATTENTION TO DETAILS, ADAPTABLE TO A FAST-PACED WORK ENVIRONMENT, EXCELLENT ORGANIZATIONAL AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS, AND WORK INDEPENDENTLY AS WELL AS IN A TEAM ENVIRONMENT.
THIS POSITION REQUIRES :
- EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE OF THE 20 / 20 DESIGN PROGRAM AND ALL MICROSOFT OFFICE PLATFORMS
- EXCELLENT PRESENTATION SKILLS
- KNOWLEDGE OF CUSTOM KITCHENS ALONG WITH WORKING WITH CUSTOM CABINET MANUFACTURERS
- EXPERIENCE WITH WRITING PROPOSALS AND RELATED DOCUMENTS
- CURRENT KNOWLEDGE OF THE KITCHEN & BATH INDUSTRY, PRODUCT CATEGORIES, DESIGN TRENDS, & EMERGING TECHNOLOGIES
- AN UNDERSTANDING OF CONSTRUCTION MEANS AND METHODS
- ABILITY TO READ AND INTERPRET BLUEPRINTS
- EXPERIENCE AT CONSTRUCTION MEANS, METHODS AND COST ESTIMATING IS A PLUS
- BE ABLE TO COORDINATE MEETING WITH DESIGN / BUILD FIRMS
- HAVE YOUR OWN MODE OF TRANSPORTATION
- CLOSING A MINIMUM OF $500,000 IN SALES PER YEAR (MATERIALS AND LABOR)
- 8 : 30 - 4 : 30 M-F
POTENTIAL CANDIDATE MUST BE PERSONABLE, HAVE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, AND ABLE TO SUCCESSFULLY INTERACT WITH CLIENTS AND INDUSTRY PROFESSIONALS.
THIS IS A DRAW BASED POSITION WITH VERY ATTRACTIVE COMMISSION RATES. WE WILL PROVIDE A LAPTOP AND SOFTWARE NEEDED, ALONG WITH ALL FORMS.
