We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Direct Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

You will work closely with individuals to help them achieve their goals and live their lives to the fullest.

Competitive Pay :

• Base Pay : $17.00 - $17.50 per hour.
• Overnight Shift Differential : $1.00 per hour for any hours worked between 11 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM
• Sign-On Bonus : $300 for full-time;

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist adults with developmental disabilities with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Keep accurate electronic records.
• Administer medications.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Support community outings and client activities.
• Monitor clients overnight to ensure safety.
• Assist with educational and skill-building activities.
• Use Mandt training for behavior management.

Work Schedules :

• Day Shifts : 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 00 PM
• Evening Shifts : 3 : 00 P M to 11 : 00 PM
• Overnight Shifts : 11 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM
• Relief Shifts : Flexible scheduling available.

Employment Options :

• Full-Time : 30-40 hours per week.
• Part-Time : Under 30 hours per week.
• Relief : Minimum of one shift per pay period and two Arc holidays per year.

• Shift Expectations : Overnights shifts are an AWAKE overnight shift. Employees are to be awake for the entirety of the shift.
