Senior Business Analyst in Las Vegas, NV
Minimum Qualifications
A minimum of five (5) years working in the Information Technology field with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

A minimum of three (3) years experience as a Business Analyst or Project Coordinator.
Experience in a government setting.
Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM module for managing and updating projects.
Ability to organize and lead highly technical focus groups composed primarily of Infrastructure, Network Systems, and Desktop services.
Demonstrates professional organization, documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical problem-solving abilities, proactive / positive team player, resourceful and innovative.
Hands-on experience developing both technical and user-friendly communications as well as documenting technical requirements, creating job aids, and monitoring project progress using Service-Now.
Proven multi-tasking skills, including the ability to work effectively under pressure, handle heavy volumes, and meet demanding deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Ability to work in a Balanced Matrix environment, with tenured resources and evolving priorities.
Excellent command of written and spoken English, demonstrating fluency in both oral and written communications.
At a minimum, have fundamental knowledge of IT Projects.
A minimum of three (3) years of experience in local government.
Ability to communicate effectively with external stakeholders as well as internal staff.
Self-starter with the ability to take on tasks with minimal direction when needed.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Pass a stringent criminal background check (may take up to 8 weeks).
