We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to join their dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale commercial and industrial projects from inception to completion.
As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the construction process, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction through project closeout.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Oversee and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to ensure efficient workflow and project progress.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues or challenges.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements and expectations are met.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices.
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during the construction process.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a focus on ground-up commercial and industrial projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects valued between $10M and $100M.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction documents, and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
