As a 100% commission 1099 sales rep, your role is to educate prospects on how our clients can make their business faster, easier, and more reliable.
Conduct speed tests with every prospect to demonstrate the superiority of our fiber solutions.
Qualifications
Hunter / Helper Mentality : We’re looking for driven, adaptable individuals who not only thrive on the thrill of a sale but also excel in nurturing client relationships, combining a passion for achievement with a commitment to consultative solutions.
Self-Driven : As a 1099 sales rep, you’ll enjoy flexibility but must be self-disciplined.
CRM Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM tools (such as Sales Rabbit) is essential.
Training and Support : Full field training and ongoing support provided by Field Solutions, Inc. and our client.
Uncapped Earning Potential : Our reps are expected to make $2,300 per week or $120,000 per year to meet our base goals. High performers will maximize their income
Additional Considerations
Independence : : Enjoy freedom to schedule your 40 calls per day but remember that if you’re not working, you’re not earning.
