We are looking to hire a Group Marketing Manager, Product Marketing of Windows Commercial Go To Market (GTM). This role is critical to connecting Windows Pro across marketing, Device & Partner Sales (DPS), original equipment manufacturerss (OEM)s, and Channel Partners, as well as helping our customers learn about and adopt Windows Pro & Copilot+ PCs.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in businessOR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in businessOR equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years direct people management experience or indirect people management experience (or virtual teams).
  • 3+ years experience working with Device & Partner Sales (DPS), Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM)s, or Channel Partners.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in businessOR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in businessOR equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years people management experience.

Product Marketing M4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach high performing employees to achieve business goals and steward thoughtful career planning and development with employees.
  • Create and nurture a culture of diversity and inclusion.
  • Create and deliver GTM plans for Windows Pro including AI PCs, & Copilot+ PCs ensuring alignment with internal product roadmaps, device innovations, solution plays, and partners that will coinvest in and execute against these plans.
  • Deliver GTM planning motions, customer journey mapping and lifecycle management, end-to-end acquisition and retention strategies to align customer needs to business outcomes.
  • Partner closely with DPS (Device Partner Solutions), Device Marketing andGPS (Global Partner Solutions)on prioritized marketing plays and programs, partner selection and readiness execution.
  • Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders to guarantee alignment and prioritization at different organization levels.
  • Build and nurture data modeling tools which are applied to curate messaging, events, POCs (proofs of concept) and marketing campaigns.
  • Gather and leverage customer insights, market trends competitor insights to create business plans and new opportunities.
  • Research market conditions and gather information to build strategies to drive demand for new Windows PCs and Windows 11 adoption.
  • Evaluate market potential and return on investment (ROI) of key marketing programs to help determine areas of potential investment or divestment.
  • Plan and develop marketing strategies and influence GTM programs to drive new Windows 11 PC sales.
  • Develop deep relationships with the partner ecosystem and effectively liaise with business leaders, other marketing teams, business development and partner ecosystem teams to identify and pursue innovative new marketing opportunities in this space.
