About the Role :

Remedy Roads LLC in Omaha, NE is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Group Home! We are a leading provider of support services for individuals with developmental disabilities, and we are seeking someone who is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others.

Responsibilities :

  • Supervise and support residents during evening activities
  • Assist with meal preparation and clean-up
  • Provide transportation for residents to and from appointments and activities
  • Administer medication as needed
  • Complete daily progress notes and reports

    • Requirements :

  • Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor

    • Hourly pay : $ 17.00 to $18.00 per hour based on experience.

    Monday-Friday 3 : 00 pm to 11 pm

    Saturday and Sunday :

    1st shift-7 am to 3 pm,

    2nd shift-3 pm to 11 pm,

    3rd shift-11 pm to 7 am- overnight
