A company is looking for a Billing Coordinator to ensure accurate invoicing and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Invoice customers and independent contractors accurately and efficiently
Review and process independent contractor invoices, resolving discrepancies with the Finance Team
Maintain accurate records and collaborate with the team to evaluate and improve current processes
Required Qualifications
Associate Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience in billing processes
Strong mathematical and information systems skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of interpreting and translation services is a plus
