A day in the life.
The Director of Sales role provides you with a balance of 40% leadership / motivating people, 40% active sales and 20% strategic review and recommendations.
You’ll manage a small team of two, with a primary focus on growing local group, social catering and corporate preferred.
To be successful in the Director of Sales position, you :
- have proven sales performance in selling fit, wholesale, and corporate leisure and group at full-service hotels, independent preferred.
- are transparent, creative do-er who loves guiding, mentoring, and leading a team to success.
- have local market knowledge and connections. Not 100% must, but it will sure come in handy!

Salary Description
$100,000 - $120,000 per year plus bonus
