Process Engineer

Join us at Staffmark for an exciting opportunity as a Process Engineer located in West Chester, OH. We are seeking a motivated individual with prior direct experience to join our dedicated team.

Salary : $95,000 - $110,000 / yr.

Schedule : 8am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and improve extrusion processes to enhance quality, reduce scrap, and increase efficiency.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.
• Train and mentor operators and technicians on equipment use, troubleshooting, safety, and best practices.
• Lead problem-solving and risk analysis activities, including FMEA and root cause analysis.
• Manage extrusion-related projects from concept through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and cross-team collaboration.
• Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement aligned with Lean and Six Sigma initiatives.
