Here are some responsibilities for a potential Digital Marketing Technician :

Responsible to set up and maintain Bryten Real Estate Partners property websites and landing pages. Including updating photos, verbiage, templates, colors, floor plans, settings, etc.

Communicate with Support Team, Operations Team, Accounting, and site regarding information needed and timeline for completion.

• Assist with maintaining the Bryten Real Estate Partners corporate website and portal.
• Have extensive knowledge of software program (s) used by Bryten Real Estate Partners. Continue to attending training and workshops associated with the software as it relates to Websites and interface.
• Responsible to manage website related addendums of new properties and billing associated with property licenses. Including Domain management and transfer.
• Work directly with website provider(s) support teams to update and maintain websites. Leverage expertise and professional services of these providers to offer the best product to our clients.

Maintain relationship with new and current vendors for best service.

Work with Website provider(s) and software vendors to ensure interface setup and transfer of data and information is accurate.

Troubleshoot issues and communicate findings and timeline to Director, Executive Sponsor, Operations, Accounting and Site teams as appropriate

• Communicate directly with IT Director and QA Director to revise practices used within the department and update on specific needs, challenges and delays in deadlines.
• Keep updated on Marketing and Technology Trends in the industry. Identify new programs / software that will assist Bryten Real Estate Partners to meet its strategic goals.
• Work as a liaison between IT Marketing Department and site teams to relay new information on new procedures, policies and practices and attend manager meetings to present new practices as needed.
• Create Communication and Roll out plans for each.
• Conduct training regularly. Responsible to communicate training schedule to QA Director.
• Maintain reference and training materials for new / revised products, services or programs.
• Maintain good record keeping of time, solutions strategies and resolution.
• Create Monthly billing for properties.
• Manage User’s access to website and corporate sites.
• Audit quarterly to ensure up to date records of users.
• Facilitate monthly audits of website and ILS information.
• Notify operations and site teams of discrepancies and deficiencies in information. Work with these teams to update data as needed.
• Assist with set up of online payments and recommend credit card fees.
• Consult with accounting department to facilitate annual audit of owner’s charges vs. receipts of fees.
• Make annual recommendations of changes as needed.
• Troubleshoot and assist site teams with online payment processes.
• Create / maintain reference and training materials
• Facilitate and Monitor SEO efforts Assist with Lead Tracking setup, troubleshooting and training as needed.
• Assist with Social Media and Reputation Management set up and maintenance.
• Review Reporting provided by vendor on statistics for analytics, Pay per click, SEO, etc. Communicate findings with Director, Executive Sponsor, and Operation teams
• Be aware of and operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times.
• Responsible for thorough knowledge and adherence of the Company’s Policies and Procedures.
• Responsible for maintaining the required property dress code and ensuring a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
• Responsible for maintaining 360 Learning training as required
• Any other task as assigned.

As the ideal candidate, your background includes :

• 2+ years working with website design and website maintenance
• Experience working in the property management industry as a leasing agent or above
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance and reliable transportation.
• Background and credit check, pre-employment drug screening, and employment verification required.
