Marketing Specialist II, Content Writer

SCOPE OF ROLE

If you answered "yes" to these questions, t his is the job for you. As a member of the Content Team, you will play a critical role in executing Regal Rexnord's content strategy .

You will report directly to the Content Lead and will work alongside fellow writers and creative marketers, strategic market ers, and third-party freelancers to create various forms of content for lead generation campaigns, brand awareness efforts, internal communications, and general marketing.

The Marketing Department at Regal Rexnord is highly collaborative . Y ou will rarely be "going it alone ," as you will regularly source information from a wide array of subject matter experts, including our world-class engineers.

Because our company serves over a dozen industries, y o ur work will be intellectually stimulating and diverse . For example, o ne day you may be writ ing a whitepaper about the best conveyor belts for chicken fryers ;

the next you may be throwing together a social media post about gearbox repairs in copper mines. You will have the opportunity to travel the United States pursuing stories .

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

Create a v ariety of print and digital content pieces , including but not limited to technical whitepapers, blog posts, magazine articles, case studies, brochures, social media posts, internal communications , webinar slides, e tc .

Work closely with subject matter experts globally to research and develop stories in alignment with business goals

Coordinate with strategic marketing campaign managers to ensure content adheres to value propositions and aligns with buyer's journey

Produce error-free, on-time copy as assigned

Conduct virtual and in-person interviews with subject matter experts on regular basis

Willingness to learn and utilize AI tools to streamline workflow and increase efficiency

Demonstrate a passion for writing and maintain a strong attention to detail

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism, or related field

1-3 years of copywriting or reporting experience

Ability to successfully manage multiple campaigns running at the same time and adhering to deadlines

Strong writing and grammar skills

Curiosity and eagerness to lear n

Willingness to learn about and use the latest AI tools to increase efficiency and optimize copy

Experience and Skills a Plus :

Experience interviewing scientists or engineers

Experience with SEO and SEM tactics

Experience attending tradeshows

Experience developing and deploying B2B marketing campaigns

Technical writing certifications

Familiarity with, or personal connection to, any of the following industries : Aerospace, Intralogistics, Renewable Energy, Oil & Gas, Marine, Mining, Metals, Food / Beverage Processing, Packaging, Cement, Agriculture, Construction.

Travel :

Regardless of home location, willingness to travel up to 25% to visit Regal Rexnord facilities and attend tradeshows for content generation
