Project Manager

A company is looking for a Project Manager for Central Operations Services.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution impacting customer and team member experiences

Keep stakeholders informed of project progress and escalate risks and issues as necessary

Develop robust project plans with milestones, key dependencies, timelines, and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

3+ years of program or project management experience

3+ years of experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics

Experience working cross-functionally with both tech and non-tech teams

Knowledge of Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLookUps
