Charlottesville Health & Rehab is searching for a full time RN Wound Care Nurse to join our team.
- Conducting wound assessment, formulation of a treatment plan, and recommendation of the appropriate wound dressing
- Provides patient, family and staff education regarding the prevention of pressure ulcers and therapeutic support services.
- Collaborates with clinical staff, physicians and other members of the treatment team to provide the patient with the highest quality and most appropriate wound care.
- Perform additional duties assigned.
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
- Minimum of 2 years of comprehensive wound management
- Knowledge of principals of infection control.
