Job Summary :

The Food & Beverage Leader in Development will complete a 52-week program that is designed to take an employee through a comprehensive overview of Restaurant, Banquet, Food & Beverage Outlet and Culinary operations, including front-of-house, heart-of-house, and leadership roles. This program is designed to provide compounding responsibilities, while gaining exposure and experiences from other related areas to create a well-rounded leader who is ready to step into a managerial role within Ithaka Hospitality Partners upon completion. This program is designed to provide aspiring leaders with the flexibility to curate a program towards their interests and goals.

Supervisory Responsibilities :

• Assist F&B Managers in overseeing all aspects of daily service, operations, scheduling and staffing.
• Assist F&B Managers in interviewing, selecting, training, supervising, counseling and disciplining outlet staff.
• Ensure that the team maintains a positive attitude and complies with all grooming standards daily.
